# [[Campaign 2]] - [[Delve Into the Abyss]] ## [[1 Mirtul 1489]], [[The Abyss]] After entering the portal to [[The Abyss]] that we once inadvertently opened on our [[Journey to Vevososova]], we were faced with our fears and regrets before quickly entering combat with [[Demon|Demonic]] [[Spawn of Fear|Spawns of Fear]] amidst a [[Dark Snowy Maze Room|Dark Snowy Maze]]. After, quite literally, facing and defeating our fears, we found ourselves transported to a [[Jump Puzzle Room|void-like space]] populated with floating platforms and strange puzzles, which to me seemed unsolvable by normal means. Fortunately, through some clever use of magic and Prynazalya's flight, we were able to traverse the strange void, finding ourselves once again in an equally foreign place: in the midst of a [[Arena Room|Fiery Arena]]. In this arena we were quickly attacked by [[Spawn of Courage|Spawns of Courage]], small [[Demon|Demons]] wielding [[Lance|Lances]] and their equally demonic dog-like [[Abyssal Rog|Abyssal Rogs]]. Combat again ensued as we fought off these fierce new foes while Asher snuck away to claim the treasures of this arena to empower us, all while an abyssal crowd cheered for our destruction in the stands above. Big Inky, in laying waste to our foes, found the [[Port Key]] to open the door at the far side of the room, giving us a chance to escape! If we can survive this, we can proceed onward, eventually finding the two [[Port Key|Port Keys]] needed to close this portal to the abyss permanently and rescue the people of [[Haven's Breach]] from their demonic invaders. But first, we must fight for our lives against these demons attempt to bring us low in front of a live audience...
