# [[Campaign 2]], [[Laverasala Mission]] ## [[20 Alturiak 1489|20th of Alturiak, Age of Man 1489]] After meeting [[Court Weaver]] [[Aveliana Nautilii]] and learning of her plan to enact a [[Aveliana's Regenerative Ritual|Ritual]] to lift the [[The Laverasala Curse|Curse]], we left her sanctum and begun to dive into the depths of [[Laverasala]] to find the three necessary components of the ritual: an [[Ancient Sea Serpent Horn]] from the markets of [[Lower Laverasala]], the [[Pendant of Luszara]] from the [[Laverasala Temple|Temple]] in [[Middle Laverasala]] and a [[Tablet with Supportive Runes]] from the store [[Tablets and Scrolls]] in [[Upper Laverasala]], all the while searching for as many survivors as we could. While passing through [[Prince Levi Ovlorn|Prince Ovlorn]]'s secret tunnels into Lower Laverasala, we found ourselves suddenly in combat with an [[Invisible]] [[Water Weird]] and a colony of [[Vegepygmy|Vegepygmies]]. We initially struggled against our invisible attacker as we were pelted with makeshift weapons from afar by the Vegepygmies. Eventually, we were able to defeat the Water Weird. Prince Ovlorn and [[Amalie Adin|Amalie]] were able to drain the room, and we finished off the remaining Vegepygmies without issue. Finding ourselves in a safe, secluded space with breathable air, we took a [[Short Rest]] and wondered about the curse and it's source. Pryn is convinced that the source is [[Balevon the Deep]], but who cursed him, and how, and why? After finishing our rest, I managed to figure out the [[Spell Scroll of Water Breathing]], giving us another 24 hours to complete our mission. We descended the rest of the way into [[Lower Laverasala]], entering the [[Center Market]] under the shadow of Balevon far above. There was nobody in the market, but as we began to search for the [[Ancient Sea Serpent Horn]] we noticed [[Shark|Sharks]] prowling at the edge of the market...
