# [[Campaign 2]] - [[Post-Battle of Haven's Breach Downtime]] ## [[29 Kythorn 1489]], [[Haven's Breach]] After saving [[Haven's Breach]] from [[Demon|Demonic]] attack and entering a period of rest, recovery, shopping and preparation, we set about our business in the city in which we learned about [[The Society of Doors]], [[The Order of the Green Blades]], and the goings on in the world. Last we left off, we observed the [[Summer Solstice]], or should I say Winter Solstice, as Haven's Breach received a healthy snowfall to mark the occasion. We went to [[Galant and Gossamer]] where the [[Drow]] woman [[Sylarie Vandreniir]] sold us winter clothing at a slight, and only a slight, discount, resistant to [[Asher Yurei|Asher]]'s attempt to get a steep discount, much to his frustration. The following week we attended the [[Kessig Monastery - Haven's Breach Chapter|Kessig Monastery]]'s [[Kessig Day of 1489|Kessig Day]] festivities, complete with: - An [[Kessig Day 1489 Ice Sculpture Contest|Ice Sculpture Contest]], which [[Ag]] won, earning himself a [[Ring of Warmth]], despite his avant-garde destruction of his own entry, an artistic expression of the dark threat that looms over us all. - A feast of [[Wolfroast]], [[Sete Vinto]] wines and [[Dwarf|Dwarven]] ales, and endless varieties of [[Kessig Cheese]], which [[Big Inky]] and his friend [[Gray]] took great joy in partaking of as they bet on... - A tournament, [[Arlinn’s Crown 1489 (Haven's Breach)|Arlinn's Crown]], which [[Tanuryn]], [[Prynazalya|Pryn]], and [[Dalas Greybark|I]] entered into alongside an eclectic bunch of fighters including [[Qarl]], now a follower of Pryn, and [[Bran Raisin|Bran]], a foul tempered young man. All of the matches were well fought, but in the end, I proved victorious over even Pryn, a shock to be sure. Now, as the mid-summer, or, winter, festivities draw to a close, we find ourselves yet again asking the question: what adventure shall we go on next?
