Beryncian Peak Cake, a type of [[Peak Cake]] in [[Morning Mountain Cuisine]], is a mildly sweet white cake with blueberries or other dark blue/purple fruit scattered within. The cake is cut into triangular “peaks” and then frosted with sweet Sand Marmalade and veneered with thin pieces of bright white stone, to resemble snow-coated mountains. The finest cakes are covered in marble, but other white stone will do.
