Arzylian Peak Cake, a type of [[Peak Cake]] in [[Morning Mountain Cuisine]], is a honey cake with mint and tarragon flavoring, and fresh herbs of the same kind on top. The cake is cut into triangular “peaks” and then frosted with sweet Sand Marmalade and veneered with thin pieces of bright white stone, to resemble snow-coated mountains. The finest cakes are covered in marble, but other white stone will do.
