A copper whistle with a small chain that could fit around someone's neck.
After blowing this whistle, you turn into a snake proportional to the size of your normal body (if you are 6 ft and 250 lbs, you will be a very large snake, as opposed to being 3 ft and 40 lbs you will be a smaller snake). Unless attuned to the whistle you will remain a snake for 1 hour. If you are attuned to the whistle you can blow it again to return to your normal body.
While as a snake you can fit into spaces just barely larger than your snake body. You must talk with exaggerated ssssss. Your armor and weapons will magically travel with you but you wield none of them.
You gain the following features:
Perception +4, Intimidation +4, Stealth +6, AC = 14, Resistance to Poison, Resistance to Acid
You can no longer use your normal attacks and instead gain the following attack actions:
Bite: _Melee Weapon Attack:_ (Dex or Str Mod + Prof bonus) to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
_Hit:_ 1d8 + Dex or Str Mod + Prof Bonus piercing damage. Enemy must make a DC 12 Con Saving Throw. Upon failure they take 1d6 poison damage and they are poisoned. Upon Success they take half damage and are not poisoned.
Constrict: Make an Athletics challenge against the enemy and add your Dex or Str Mod + your Prof Bonus. If you succeed the enemy is grappled and takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage. On their next turn they must make an Athletics challenge. If they succeed the grapple is broken, if they fail they take another 1d6 bludgeoning damage and are still grappled. You can still attack while Constricting a target and can drag the grappled target at half your movement.
