[[Urgan, Doombringer|Urgan]] was given this item by [[Goblin]] captors shortly before he led the [[The Fall of Crag Duroshk]], and has wielded it ever since, eventually absorbing enough souls that the Axe could slay an [[Xoctl Gold Dragon|Ancient Gold Dragon]] in a single blow.
