This circlet is made of a dark steel alloy with a single red gem in the front. These circlets are worn by [[The Council of 54]] in [[The Nine Hells]]. While worn, the circlet grants +1 to Armor Class and +1 to all Saving Throws. --- [[Marodauch]] owned a Circlet of Protection until his death, after which [[Valdove]] took it.
