It appears to be made of some steel alloy with a high melting temperature. While worn, when you kill a creature, your next Attack Roll will be a Critical Hit. You can forgo this effect, but will need to kill another creature to gain the option again. This feature can only be used once per Long Rest. --- Jurisdiction belonged to [[Marodauch]] before his death, after which the amulet was taken by [[Haru Lightfang]].
