These cigarettes act as a resource to cast your _Soul Whisperer Spells_. Level 1 feature spells cost one cigarette to cast, Level 3 feature spells cost two, and Level 5 feature spells cost three. When you cast these spells, the smoke from your cigarettes interacts with the creatures or environment in unique ways as described by your character.
