> [!Warning] This Bastion Facility is from the [Eberron: Forge of the Artificer](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/efota/bastions-in-khorvaire#Chapter3BastionsInKhorvaire) source book! > Eberron is a much more high tech setting than our own and many of it's Facilities are either high tech or build on lore very specific to that setting, meaning this Bastion facility may not make much sense in Caledon and may require significant adjustment before it can be used in our game! _Level 9 [[Bastions|Bastion Facility]]_ **Prerequisite:** Renown 15+ with [House Kundarak](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/efota/dragonmarked-intrigue#HouseKundarak) **Space:** Cramped **Hirelings:** 1 **Order:** Trade A Kundarak Vault occupies space in your Bastion like any other special facility, but it is an extradimensional space that can be accessed from other places. As a Kundarak facility, it provides exceptionally secure storage for your trade goods and other treasures. Only you and your Bastion’s hirelings can open the vault door. **_Kundarak Access._** Because the vault is an extradimensional space, you (and only you) can access its contents from any Kundarak bank facility in the world. These banks are found in cities across [Khorvaire](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/erftlw/khorvaire-gazeteer#NationsofKhorvaire) (and also in [Stormreach, in Xen’drik](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/erftlw/khorvaire-gazeteer-distant-lands#XendrikNotableLocations)). **_Trade: Goods._** When you issue the Trade order to this facility, its hireling spends the next 7 days procuring nonmagical items that have a total value of 2,000 GP or less and stores them in the Kundarak Vault, or the hireling uses those 7 days to sell goods in the Kundarak Vault. You bear the total cost of any purchases, and the maximum value of the items purchased increases to 5,000 GP when you reach level 13. When you sell goods from your Kundarak Vault, the buyer pays you 20 percent more than the standard price; this profit increases to 50 percent when you reach level 13 and 100 percent when you reach level 17.
