*An Epilogue of [[The Boy Scout Boys Campaign]].* *Some time between [[1459 AoM]] and [[1488 AoM]], Following the events of [[The Disruption of Kha'Nyv]] that left the ancient city of [[Kono]] forever changed, the inhabitants of Kono witness and discuss a momentous occasion as the floating city of [[Kha'Nyv]], which long floated above as a symbol of [[Socioeconomic Tension in Kono|gross wealth inequality]], joins it's sister city, [[Sonyv]] on the ground. --- "Come in and please sit, can I offer you anything to drink?" [[Dijah]] of [[The Sirana]] Secret House in the Ancient City of [[Kono]] opens the door for her guest. The guest looks towards the credenza against the sandstone cave wall in the room and sees bottles of booze and wine. "Tea would be great thank you." [[Alrai]], the [[Ki-tona]] of the [[Solrahk Qoran]], caretaker of the [[Solrahk|Rays]] in [[The Grand Boro Desert]], takes her seat on a floor pillow as Dijah returns with warm black tea. In the past, Alrai would have taken a bottle of wine for herself, maybe snuck an extra for later, but since the moments where [[The Boy Scout Boys|seven adventurers changed her world]], she has been trying to work on herself. [[Eese]] walks out from beneath beads in a hallway and takes a seat across from Alrai. "Alrai, what a pleasure, girl, are you here for business?" Says Eese, accepting another cup of tea from her translator Dijah. "Yes Eese, although I am here for a donation of sorts. [[Kha'Nyv]] has agreed to join [[Sonyv|her sister city]] here on the ground. Kha'Nyv and Sonyv will be no more, we will simply be Kono, together, united." Says Alrai. "Ah, so the [[Ahmed|new Venro]] kept his word then. Good. But you know girl, it feels as if you still do want something from my trade," questions Eese. "I feel I cannot grow any longer if I stay here at home. Some say the most growth happens on the road. I want to go to some place unexplored, but I do not know where to start." Says Alrai. "Ah, an equal trade. If you seek something untouched you shall not find it dear, but there are plenty of wild places, where local intelligent people still have not conquered their land: [[Xoctl]]." --- *People don't like my journalism do they? Well just wait until they hear about this story huh? [[Duncan Idaho]] lowers his sand scarf as he finally makes his way into the caves of [[Sonyv]] in the Ancient City of [[Kono]]. *People have no idea what's here, these elves probably haven't been contacted in millennia. Duncan starts moving his way through the first level of Sonyv while a few onlookers give him strange looks. In butchered [[Elvish]] Duncan walks up to the first merchant he sees and says "Hello, I am Duncan Idaho. I am [[human]]. I come from the [[The Material Plane of Caledon|other world]]. I would like to ask questions of you." The merchant Duncan is talking to just happens to be a merchant that sells feed for the [[Solrahk]], the Desert Rays, and just so happens to be standing next to [[Tawil]], the [[Ki-tona]] of [[The Desert Guides]]. Tawil says in [[Common]]: "Greetings to you Duncan Idaho, they call me Tawil. Why are you here in our city as someone from the material plane?" Duncan Idaho steps back in shock. "You speak common? I... I would have assumed you would only speak elvish. How do you speak my language?" "Well only some people here speak common, but I was able to practice again recently when [[The Boy Scout Boys]] came through here some months ago," says Tawil. "The Boy Scout Boys were here??? Damn it!" Duncan Idaho throws his notepad onto the ground and falls to his knees. "I thought this was going be my big beat, the big scoop!" As Duncan buries his head into his hands a loud rumble and thud shakes through Sonyv. Everyone runs out into the fields and there before them is the golden city of Kha'Nyv imbedded in the ground in the very fields it ruled over. Duncan Idaho's mouth drops open and he thinks: *Now* **that's** *a story.* ---
