An [[Oxali Grippli|Oxali]] that was held captive by [[Gruiltaxsch's Tribe]]. He was rescued by [[The Saucy Individuals]] during [[The Assassination of Chief Gruiltaxsch]], after which he granted them their [[Oagtzala]]. Tzoctoag was found with two other companions still alive. Tzoctoag now resides in [[Haven's Breach]] with his two companions.
