A lanky [[Gata]] [[Bartender]] that works at [[Chuck's Chum]]. He's manning the bar most days, so people assume he is Chuck. Correcting this mistake constantly earned him the nickname "Not-Chuck". Nobody bothers to learn his real name, which is "Suteru". He was killed by [[Tarth Undertown]] in [[Unlucky in Krashaprovos]].
