# Overview A [[Sea Elf]] man, the [[Bodyguard]] to [[Prince Levi Ovlorn]], husband to [[Suliana Trill]] and father of [[Egevan Trill|Egevan]] and [[Ovila Trill]]. Despite sending his family away during [[The Corruption of Laverasala]], he stayed behind to help as many people as he could. He is the current wielder of [[Seacaller]]. # History ## Early History (???-[[1488 AoM]]) Gailevan was presumably born and raised in [[Laverasala]] by [[Gailevan Trill's Father|His Father]], At some point, his father passed on their family trident, [[Seacaller]] to him. At some point Gailevan joined the [[Ovlorn Kingsguard]] and became the [[Bodyguard]] of [[Prince Levi Ovlorn]]. At some point, he married [[Suliana Trill]] and had two children, [[Egevan Trill|Egevan]] and [[Ovila Trill|Ovila]]. ### [[The Corruption of Laverasala]] Gailevan instructed his family to flee to [[Vevososova]] but stayed behind himself in Laverasala as [[The Laverasala Curse]] descended upon the city, helping and rescuing as many people as he can. Gailevan wrote what he thought might he his final words on a [[Gailevan's Tablet|Tablet]] before becoming corrupted by the curse himself. ## [[Campaign 2]] ([[1488 AoM]]-[[1489 AoM]]) ### [[The Restoration of Laverasala]] During their mission to save the city, [[The Campaign 2 Adventuring Party]] finds a corrupted Gailevan and captures him without harming him, in hopes that he might be saved when the curse has ended. They discover Gailevan's tablet and at the behest of Prince Ovlorn take Seacaller to aid them in their attempt to restore the city. When [[The Laverasala Curse]] is ultimately lifted, Gailevan is saved. ### [[Post-Restoration of Laverasala Downtime]] Following the restoration of the city, Gailevan and the other survivors recover in [[Vevososova]]. During this time, Gailevan trains [[Dalas Greybark]] and [[Big Inky]] returns Seacaller to him.
