A friend of [[Ketrine]]'s. Either a [[Changeling]] or some kind of [[Lycanthrope]] that taught Ketrine about [[Misthollow]] and [[The Brokenstone Vale]] after she fled from [[Gavony]]. Together, they eventually traveled to [[Misthollow]], which they discovered to be a prison. They attempted to escape together, but Fallon was killed by [[Ciradyl Elastraee, The Maiden of the Moon|The Maiden of the Moon]] in the process.
