He appeared to have sworn loyalty to [[Thrumbolg, The First Lord|King Thrumbolg, The First Lord]] and aided [[Zasal|Supreme Archmage Zasal]] in [[Zasal's Workshop]]. He aided in the experiments in [[The Mag Tureah Portal Room]] alongside [[Trolyn]] and [[Iris the Enlightened]]. During [[The Keystone Heist]], Dryel transformed into a [[Dire Monstrosity]], wreaking havoc throughout [[The Black Keep]] and engaging [[The Boy Scout Boys]], his fellow researchers, and [[Thrumbolg's Court]], including [[Thrumbolg, The First Lord|King Thrumbolg, The First Lord]] in battle. Dryel was ultimately killed by [[Thrumbolg, The First Lord|King Thrumbolg, The First Lord]].
