A [[Human]] Woman, one of the [[Bartender|Bartenders]] of [[Three Old Kegs]] in [[Krashaprovos]]. She is good friends with most of [[The Boy Scout Boys]] and became quite accustomed to their antics. Nora was secretly a member of [[The Krashaprovos Revolutionaries]], often taking on missions in the dead of night. Her sisters are [[Elise Bellugwen|Elise]] and [[Hadley Bellugwen|Hadley]] and her father is [[Nantrin Bellugwen]].
