The King of the [[Vela]] people, he stayed behind in the lake surrounding [[Laverasala]] to fend off a mythical beast while his people escaped and sealed the cursed waters before they fed into the river that leads out to the bay, leaving his son [[Prince Levi Ovlorn]] to lead their people. His current status is unknown.
