![[Ayula_Portrait.png]] # Overview Ayula is a 60 year old [[Astral Bear]], a [[Druid]] and [[Barbarian]] known as the [[Claw of Terra]] and the [[Queen]] of [[Ayula's Jungle]]. She once adventured with [[The Boy Scout Boys]] and the [[Crag Duroshk Gladiators]]. At times in the past she has appeared as a [[Kalashtar]] woman, though adamantly refers to herself as a [[Bear]]. Ayula adventured for many years, first to gain power in order to live up to the legacy of her mother [[Goreclaw]], and again later to seek out a way to return to her natural form following [[The Fall of Crag Duroshk]] where her arm was replaced with a [[Ayula's Mechanical Blade-Arm|Mechanical Blade-Arm]]. As a child of Goreclaw, Ayula genuinely believed herself to be a [[Bear]], and would more often than not use her druid abilities to [[Wildshape]] into one. Ayula did not like Goreclaw's savage but respected her immense strength. After the death of Goreclaw she became the [[Queen]] of [[Ayula's Jungle]]. Aspiring to be even greater than her mother, Ayula left the jungle in order to become powerful enough to live up to her new responsibilities. ## [[The Fall of Crag Duroshk]] ([[1453 AoM|1453]]-[[1458 AoM|1458 AoM]]) Ayula was captured and forced to fight in [[The Pit of Doom]] in [[Crag Duroshk]] alongside [[Or (Gladiator)|Or]], [[Urgan, Doombringer|Urgan]], and [[Xoruh]] in [[1453 AoM]]. Just prior to [[The Fall of Crag Duroshk]], Ayula's arm was cut off and replaced with [[Ayula's Mechanical Blade-Arm|a mechanical blade-arm]] by her captors. Together, the gladiators survived the challenges set before them, and after defeating a [[Mechanical T-Rex]], Ayula became [[Fate|Fated]]. The gladiators were eventually able to escape. After she escaped, she returned to [[Ayula's Jungle|her home]]. Eventually, she ended up in [[Gavony]] searching for a [[Fey Crossing]].
